Overview

A Google Workspace Transfer Token is required when transferring your Google Workspace subscription between resellers. This token authorizes the reseller transfer process and allows the new reseller to manage your Google Workspace subscription.

This guide explains how to generate a transfer token from the Google Admin Console.

Before You Begin

Before generating the transfer token, ensure that:

• You have access to the Google Workspace Super Administrator account.

• Your Google Workspace subscription is active.

• You have the reseller's Public Identifier provided by Prabhu Host.

Step 1: Open the Transfer Token Page

1. Open your web browser.

2. Visit:

https://admin.google.com/TransferToken

3. Sign in using your Google Workspace Super Admin account.

Step 2: Enter the Reseller Public Identifier

1. Enter the given Reseller Public Identifier: C03dqahp0

Click Confirm.

Step 3: Generate the Transfer Token

1. After confirming the reseller details, click Generate Token.

2. Google will generate a unique transfer token.

Step 4: Share the Transfer Token

1. Copy the generated transfer token.

2. Take a screenshot showing the token.

3. Share the screenshot with the Prabhu Host support team to proceed with the transfer.

Important Notes

• The transfer token is sensitive information and should only be shared with your authorized Google Workspace reseller.

• The transfer token has a limited validity period.

• Do not share the token publicly or with unauthorized individuals.

• The transfer process may take a few minutes after the token is submitted.
