Our M-Cloud Hosting plans are designed to provide flexibility for websites, startups, students, small businesses, and other normal web-hosting requirements.

Although these plans are advertised with unlimited storage, they are subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This ensures that hosting resources are used appropriately and that the stability, performance, and reliability of the hosting platform are maintained for all customers.

“Unlimited” does not mean unlimited use for purposes unrelated to normal website hosting, nor does it mean that the account can be used as a dedicated file-storage or backup service.

Recommended Storage Usage

The following are general storage-usage guidelines under our Fair Usage Policy:

Who Should Choose an M-Cloud Hosting Plan?

M-Cloud Hosting can be suitable for customers whose storage requirements are not yet known, including:

• Students and academic projects

• Startups and newly established websites

• Blogs and informational websites

• Small business websites

• Websites with moderate and growing storage requirements

If you already know approximately how much storage your website will require, we recommend choosing a Business Hosting plan with a defined storage allocation. This allows you to select a plan based on your known requirements.

Storage Usage and Account Review

As a website grows, its storage requirements may increase due to website files, images, videos, databases, emails, and other hosting-related data.

We monitor resource usage to ensure that accounts remain within reasonable usage patterns. Where appropriate, an account may receive an additional 10–20% storage allowance after one year of service, depending on the customer's usage and account requirements.

Any additional allowance is subject to review and is not an automatic storage increase for every account.

Email Usage on M-Cloud Hosting

M-Cloud Hosting plans are primarily intended for website hosting. They support a reasonable number of email accounts for normal website and business communication.

As a general guideline:

• M-Cloud Hosting: approximately 10–20 email accounts

These figures are intended as Fair Usage guidelines rather than strict technical limits.

If you require hosting primarily for email services, have a large number of mailboxes, or require an enterprise-level email solution, we recommend contacting our support or sales team.

We can review your requirements and recommend a suitable email hosting plan based on the number of users, mailboxes, storage requirements, and expected email usage.

Appropriate Use of M-Cloud Hosting

M-Cloud Hosting is intended for normal website hosting purposes, including:

• Website files

• Databases

• Website images and media

• Normal website-related email

• CMS platforms such as WordPress

• Business and informational websites

• Academic and personal websites

Restricted or Excessive Usage

M-Cloud Hosting should not be used primarily as a replacement for dedicated storage, backup, or file-sharing services.

Examples of inappropriate usage may include:

• Using the hosting account primarily for file storage

• Storing large amounts of unrelated files

• Maintaining extensive archives unrelated to the hosted website

• Excessive backup storage

• Hosting content that generates unusually high resource consumption

• Any activity that negatively impacts server performance or other customers

If an account's usage significantly exceeds normal hosting requirements or negatively affects the hosting environment, our technical team may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate solution or recommend a more suitable hosting plan.
